cause, submits that the payment for deviation of work has been sanctioned on 19.03.2012 and pursuant thereto, a cheque of Rs. 1,81,034/- was issued to the petitioner after making necessary deduction which he has received. Therefore, according to the opposite party, order under offence has already been complied with.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in such circumstances, since order under offence appears to have been complied with, nothing survives. Contempt petition is disposed of. Proceedings are dropped.
