It reveals from written report that theft was committed in the Mobile shop of the informant and the miscreants have taken away mobile, SIM Card and cash of Rs.3,000/-. During investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and he confessed his guilt. On the basis of confession made by this petitioner, 13 pieces of stolen mobile sets has been recovered from possession of accused Saif Ali @ Raja. One of the mobile set has been recovered from possession of this petitioner but that is not the subject matter of this case.

It is submitted that petitioner has already remained in custody for six months. No stolen articles relating to present case has been recovered from his possession.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.

Considering facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 248/2014 [G.R. No. 728/2014].
