4/4.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 498-A/419/420/379/494 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Kotwali (Sukhdeonagar) P.S. Case No.743 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.4706 of 2014.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted and sexually exploited the informant and also forced her to marry the informant in a Temple and in the Court. It is alleged that the petitioner was already married and he was also having children from earlier marriage. There is allegation of assaults and sexual abuses after the marriage also. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 28.7.2015 in B.A. No.4404 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
