The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranchi, Mahila P.S. Case No.4 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 627 of 2015, for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have sexually exploited the informant for a long time on the false pretext of marrying her.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Sanjit Prakash Minz, is hereby rejected.
