State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gamharia P.S case No. 08 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.82 of 2014, S.T No.93 of 2014, for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There being direct allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted the son of the informant by Bhujali, causing his death, earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 21.7.2015 in B.A No. 1375 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Shankar Das @ Shiv Shankar Das @ Fuchu Das, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
