The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur (R.I.T.) P.S. Case No.333 of 2014, corresponding to G.R No.963 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 452, 385, 386, 427, 323, 379, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioner and the other co-accused persons to have committed mischief in the shop of the informant for demand levy. It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 28.9.2014
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Abhishek Pandey, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with, Adityapur (R.I.T.) P.S. Case No.333 of 2014, corresponding to G.R No.963 of 2014.
