as also learned counsel for the complainant informant.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 393 of 2014.
The petitioner is the husband of the complainant informant and there is allegation against him to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry.
In the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, Imran Khan, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila, in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 393 of 2014.
