02/ 09.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)/(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 68 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 2112 of 2012.
There is recovery of loaded country made pistol and other articles from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2014.
In the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, Md. Imran, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 68 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 2112 of 2012.
