02/ 09.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 333 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 3721 of 2014.

From the FIR, it appears that there is land dispute between the parties and there is allegation against the petitioner also to have assaulted the informant.

In the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, Gulab Sarbar @ Bablu @ Gulam Sarbar, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.B. Goutam, learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, or his successor, in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 333 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 3721 of 2014.
