2/08.4.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Govindpur P.S case No.389 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.3678 of 2014, S.T No.423 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 & 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The petitioners were apprehended on 9.8.2014 along-with the other co-accused persons, and from the possession of the petitioner Sunil Hansda, three crude bombs, from the possession of the petitioner Dilip Murmu, two cartridges and from the possession of the petitioner Puran Hansda @ Tenia, one loaded country-made pistol were recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, taking into consideration the period of their custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Sunil Hansda, Dilip Murmu and Puran Hansda @ Tenia, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, Dhanbd, in connection with Govindpur P.S case No.389 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.3678 of 2014, S.T No.423 of 2014.
