Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the
State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar (Town) P.S case No. 88 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.298 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 25 (1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was apprehended on 19.2.2015 and from the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol and one extra cartridge were recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Chhotu Singh @ Govind Singh, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Sadar (Town) P.S case No. 88 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.298 of 2015.
