The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Herhanj P.S case No. 19 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.254 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30 (ii) of the Coal Mines Act and Sections 4, 21 of M.M.R.D Act.
The case relates to illegal mining and transaction of coal.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Jamal Mian, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Herhanj P.S case No. 19 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.254 of 2015.
