The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan) P.S case No. 388 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.4353 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to recovery of allegedly stolen coal.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Md. Gulfam Ansari @ Gulfam Ansari, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Lal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad, or his successor, in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan) P.S case No. 388 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.4353 of 2014.
