2/15.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence u/ss 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.87 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.174 of 2015.
Petitioner was apprehended on 7.3.2015 and from the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Deepak Mandal @ Dipak Mandal @ Deepwa is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.87 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.174 of 2015.
