The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Raidih P.S. Case No. 91 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1130 of 2011, for the offence under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case relates to murder of the father of the informant whose dead body was recovered from a well. The petitioner and the other co-accused persons have been made accused on the basis of suspicion due to previous enmity.

The impugned order also shows that the witnesses have only stated about the previous enmity and there is only strong suspicion against the petitioner.

In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Deodhan Kishan @ Om Jay Shankar Kishan @ Om, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gumla, in connection with, Raidih P.S. Case No. 91 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1130 of 2011.
