Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 342, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.36 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.577 of 2014.
Petitioner is the husband of the complainant-informant and there is allegation against him to have subjected the his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Narender Singh is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nirupam Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.36 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.577 of 2014.
