Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No.286 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.1351 of 2014.
The case relates to murder of the nephew of the informant, who was shot by three persons. The FIR shows that the informant reached the place of occurrence soon after the occurrence and he was informed by the injured nephew that the petitioner and the other co-accused persons had fired upon him. Subsequently, the deceased died.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
