the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Basiya P.S case No. 19 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.439 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 354-A, 354-B, 506, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have outraged the modesty of the informant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Rizwanul Haque @ Raju Khan, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Basiya P.S case No. 19 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.439 of 2015.
