2/10.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for
the State.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S case No. 48 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.853 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 12 (1) (2) (3) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animals (Prevention of Slaughter) Act.
The petitioners are the driver and cleaner of the truck, from which, fifteen tones of Skins of bovine animals were recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Md. Irshad @ Md. Irshad Ansari and Md. Samir, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
