The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gomia P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.426 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Sections 10/ 13 of the U.A.P. Act.

From the F.I.R. it appears that there was a land mine explosion by the extremists followed by the encounter with the police party. It appears from the F.I.R. that the extremists managed to flee away. It also appears that there was no injury on the police side. The petitioner is alleged to be the informer of the extremists.

In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Jabbar Mian @ Ansari @ Jabbar Ansari, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Neerja Ashri, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Bermo at Tenughat, or her successor, in connection with, Gomia P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.426 of 2014.
