The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 2 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No.76 of 2010, S.T. No. 48 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 307, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
The F.I.R. was lodged against the extremists who had surrounded the house of the informant and had also committed mischief by fire in the house.
It appears that in the meantime, the police arrived at the place of occurrence and the miscreants managed to flee away. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is no specific allegation against him.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Karma Oraon, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla, in connection with, Kamdara P.S. Case No. 2 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No.76 of 2010, S.T. No. 48 of 2013.
