State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taratand P.S case No. 01 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.126 of 2015, for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was apprehended on 9.1.2015 and from his possession, one stolen motorcycle, one loaded country-made pistol and one extra cartridge were recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Binod Choudhary, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, or his successor, in connection with Taratand P.S case No. 01 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No.126 of 2015.
