The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No.21 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.199 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was apprehended on 9.1.2015 and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Isteyak @ Mithun @ Md. Isteyak, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ranchi, in connection with, Doranda P.S. Case No.21 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.199 of 2015.
