Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 498-A/406/323/341/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with Baghmara (Mahuda) P.S. Case No.168 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.2684 of 2014.
Petitioner is the husband of the complainant-informant and there is allegation against him to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Dharmendra Singh is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dhanbad, in connection with Baghmara (Mahuda) P.S. Case No.168 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.2684 of 2014.
