State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S case No.17 of 2010 corresponding to G.R No.977 of 2010, S.T No.215 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 302, 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to murder of the brother of the informant and the case was instituted against unknown.
The impugned order shows that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Fulwa Devi @ Fulba Devi, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra, in connection with Kunda P.S case No.17 of 2010 corresponding to G.R No.977 of 2010, S.T No.215 of 2014.
