The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No.161 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1906 of 2014, S.T. No. 309 of 2014, for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation against him to have assaulted the deceased by knife causing her death. The F.I.R. has been lodged by the daughter of the petitioner, who is an eye witness to the occurrence.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Uday Sao @ Uday Sah, is hereby rejected.
