The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kharswan P.S. Case No.37 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 641 of 2014, S.T. No. 08 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 395, 412, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to dacoity and the case was instituted against unknown.
The impugned order shows that on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, looted articles were recovered, which were identified in T.I.P.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Majhi Munda @ Maakru Munda, is hereby rejected.
