02/22.07.2014 An urgency slip was filed by the counsel for the applicant and therefore, the matter has been listed today.
Let informant namely, Munni Devi be added as Opposite Party no. 2.
Let necessary amendment be carried out during the
course of the day.
Issue notice to the newly added opposite party no. 2 at the present address mentioned in this application under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that applicant is the mother-in-law of the informant.
Post the matter two weeks after service of notice upon newly added opposite party no. 2.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, no coercive step shall be taken against the applicant namely, Bodhani Devi till the next date of hearing in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 245 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1586 of 2013 pending in the court of Md. Faheem Kirman Civil Judge (Jr. Div) III, Koderma.
Let a copy of this order be sent through FAX to the concerned trial court on depositing the cost by the applicant.
