Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties

and perused the documents on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is apprehending her arrest in Complaint Case No. 294/2000 (T.R. No. 1154/2000) filed under Sections 498(A),494, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the marriage of the complainant namely, Lalita Devi was solemnised with Shambhu Sao @ Shambhu Ram in the year 1984 and since no child was born out of the said wedlock, with the consent of the complainant, her husband solemnised second marriage in the year 1994 with the present applicant. The husband of the applicant is paying maintenance of Rs 1,500/- to the complainant and her father-in-law executed a conveyance deed transferring a piece of land measuring 49.25 decimal in favour of the complainant. complaint case was filed in the year 2000, more than six years after marriage of present applicant with the said Shambhu Sao @ Shambhu Ram.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present applicant namely, Lila Devi is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and on her surrendering before the trial court, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sweta Kumari, J.M.1st Class, Hazaribag or her successor in Complaint Case No. 294/2000 (T.R. No. 1154/2000).

Let a copy of this order be sent through FAX to the concerned trial court on depositing the cost by the applicant.
