Learned counsel for the parties agree that similar issue as is involved in this appeal has been decided in L.P.A No.429/2012.
In view of the above, this appeal is allowed in terms of the order dated 30th April, 2013 passed in L.P.A No.429/2012 and it is ordered that in that view of the matter, this L.P.A is allowed and the order dated 10th September, 2012 is set aside. The respondentcompetent authority shall take the present writ petition as the representation of the petitioners and shall decide the representation in the line of the decision dated 15th May, 2012 passed in W.P (S) No.72/2012. The respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioners being uninfluenced by the fact of dismissal of the writ petition by the learned Single Judge or any observation made in that judgment. The representation may be decided within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
