For the same matter, writ petition W.P.(PIL) No.80 of 2009 was filed which was dismissed and against that, S.L.P.(Civil) No. 2586 of 2010 was preferred which has also been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 01.02.2010.
These facts have been brought on record by the respondents in their counter.
We are of the considered opinion that there is no reason to entertain this petition as Public Interest Litigation. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
