02/02.04.2013. Bail application filed by Dinu Turi is moved by Sri Prabhat Kr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri. Hardeo Pd. Singh, Addl P.P. for the State.
Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected. However, it appears that the petitioner is in custody from 26.03.2012. It further appears from Annexure-2 that co-accused Bhairo Mahto and Kalia Ansari have been granted regular bail by learned court below. It also appears from para 14 and 15 of the bail application that other coaccused have also been granted bail by the learned court below. The case of the petitioner is similar to that of co-accused.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo, Tenughat in connection with S.T. No. 150/2011 .
