No. 743/2012) pending in the court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Koderma, is moved by Sri. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri. Vikash Kishore, A.P.P. for the State.
Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected after considering merit of the case. I find no new fact for reconsidering the prayer.
Accordingly, the same is rejected.
