Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Goutam Ghosh @ Gautam Ghosh in connection with C.P. Case No. 2347 of 2011, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad is moved by Sri Atanu Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri T.N. Verma, learned Additional PP. for the State and Sri Kalyan Banerjee, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.
It appears that as prayed by the petitioner, matter was referred to Mediation Centre, JHALSA for conciliation. But from the report of Mediation Centre, it appears that conciliation failed, because petitioner did not appear before Mediation Centre.
Under the said circumstance, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his anticipatory bail application rejected.
