By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to allot land measuring 07 kanals and 02 Marlas falling under Khasra No. 355 situated at Village Ainpur Tehsil Sunderbani Distt. Rajouri, with a further direction upon respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to dispossess the petitioner from the land which is in cultivating possession of the petitioner since 1980.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed representations before respondent No. 2 from time to time, but the same have not been considered till date. He further states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is directed to be treated as representation with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the same, within a reasonable period of time.

Without going into merits of this case, instant petition is disposed of at its threshold by treating the same as representation thereby directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the same within a period of two months from the date copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition and annexures, are provided to the office of respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is directed to pass a speaking order thereon.
