After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for a while in view of the factual deficiencies in this writ petition with respect to the very title of the petitioner qua the land in reference which he claims to his father’s, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be given liberty to file writ petition with better factual particulars for facilitating proper adjudication. Liberty is granted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with full particulars of facts stated in the fresh writ petition.
