Mr. Pranav Sharma, learned counsel for the legal representative of the deceased-respondent no. 1 submits that both the petitioner as well as his attorney holder, namely, Tarlochan Singh through whom the present writ petition has been preferred have demised and none from their side have come forward for seeking impleadment as legal representative.
In view of the above statement, this petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
