whose instance FIR no. 0039 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021 came to be registered with Police Station, Crime Branch Jammu under section 420 of the Ranbir Penal Coded, Svt 1989 has settled her dispute with the accused persons named in the FIR i.e. the petitioners herein, on account of mutual settlement arrived at between the respondent no. 2 as party on first part with the petitioner nos. 1 & 2 as party of other part, whereby an amount of Rs. 3,91,000/- stands paid and received by respondent no. 2 from the petitioners’ end, as such, the respondent no.

2 bears no further grievance/claim whatsoever in terms of her

complaint against the petitioners.

In the interest of justice, FIR no. 0039 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021 registered with the Police Station, Crime Branch Jammu under section 420 of the Ranbir Penal Code, Svt. 1989 needs a closure, as such, the same is quashed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the respondent no. 2 and the petitioner nos. 1 & 2.
