On the last four consecutive dates of hearing, there was no
representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case was called out, nobody turned up to appear for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue this matter.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are dismissed for non-
prosecution.
