On the last four consecutive dates of hearings, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Today, the case was called twice before and after lunch break, but nobody turned up to appear for the appellants.
Mr. Anil Khajuria, Advocate appearing for respondent submits that the only respondent in the appeal has died on 14th April, 2017 and the appellants have not taken any step for substitution of the LRs of the respondent.
Since nobody has come up on behalf of the appellants, as such, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
