Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, fairly submits that the dispute raised in this petition involves determination of disputed questions of facts and civil rights of the parties inter-se and, therefore, appropriate remedy would be before the Civil Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
prayed for.
