In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner is alleging violation
of ex-parte interim order passed on 21st of August, 2017, in terms whereof, this Court while issuing notice, had directed the parties to maintain status quo.
Instead of considering the instant contempt petition, it shall be appropriate to have the main matter listed for consideration.
In view of the above, the contempt petition shall stand closed with direction to the respondents to file reply in the main writ petition alongwith compliance of order dated 21st August, 2021.
