Petitioner claims to be the proprietor of brick kiln run under the name and style of Imran Brick Kiln at Imoh Achabal, Anantnag, after having obtained permission from the respondents in the year 2009. The petitioner now intends to shift the Brick Kiln Unit and run the same under the new pattern, Hydra System, at Imoh Anantnag.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the requisite formalities stand completed and only the decision of the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag is awaited.
Owing to its subject, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, to take a decisionin the matter within a period of two months from the date copy of the order is served upon him. In the even the decision is not taken within the allotted period, the petitioner can re-agitate the matter in appropriate proceedings. Till then status quo in respect of the subject shall be maintained.
Disposed of along with connected CMs.
