Mr. Mir Suhail, learned AAG appearing vice Mr. Asif Maqbool, learned Dy.A.G. on behalf of the respondents, submits that the detention order has been revoked and the detenu has been released from the custody on 21.03.2020, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. His statement is taken on record.
Mr. Wajid Haseeb, learned counsel for the petitioner, has no objection, in case this petition is dismissed on the aforesaid count.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed alongwith connected application(s), if any.
