Petitioners seek a direction to respondent Nos. 4 & 5 to issue Jamabandi, Girdawri and Akas Shajra of his land measuring 01 Kanals in Survey No. 793-min, Khewat No. 05, Khata No. 10 situated at Kaniteng Mousa Zewan, Tehsil Panthachowk, District Srinagar in order to enable them to execute Sale Deed of the suit land. These documents are required for execution of Sale Agreement in favour of respondent No. 2 but the petitioners are unable to do so as the respondents are not discharging their

duties by providing the requisite revenue documents of the suit land despite repeated requests.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 4 & 5 to issue certified extracts of revenue documents of the suit land i.e., Jamabandi, Girdawri and Akas Shajra measuring 01 Kanals comprising Survey No. 793-min, Khewat No. 05, Khata No. 10 situated at Kaniteng Mousa Zewan Tehsil Panthachowk, District Srinagar within á period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
