Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the relief claimed by the petitioners has been granted and they have been appointed as ReT teacher in 2013.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to get the same revived within three months from today in case cause of action survives.
