ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the prayer
made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the relief claimed by the petitioner has been granted and she was appointed as ReT teacher and subsequently regularized as general line teacher in 2016.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the
respondents, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to get the same revived within three months from today in case cause of action survives.
