The petitioners had approached this Court way back in the year
2010 apprehending false implication in criminal cases on account of matrimonial dispute between husband and wife namely Tarun Sudan S/o Vishav Bandhu Sudan, Advocate R/o 71, Exchange Road, Jammu (petitioner No. 1) and Kiran Isher D/o Late Mohan Lal R/o Miran Sahib, Jammu.
Notice in the petition was issued on 10.08.2010.
Thereafter, the matter was never listed.
Apparently, prayer made in the present petition has been rendered
infructuous and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
