01. Petitioner had sought a direction for issuing a Passport to her as she
wanted to perform Hajj Pilgrimage in the year 2005. This petition, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, has become infructuous with the afflux of
time and may be dismissed as such. His statement is taken on record.
02. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous alongwith connected IA. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents for grant of the same, if permissible, under law.
