2. From a perusal of the same, it is evident that the petitioner has been held entitled for grant of pension. Pension case of the petitioner stands prepared and duly forwarded to the Accountant General HP, for doing the needful.
3. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of and pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
